Leon Koch is Co-Founder and CEO of Peak Quantum. He is responsible for strategy, technology development, and fabrication, with the goal of translating scientific breakthroughs from the lab into industrial-grade technologies. He conducted research from 2020 to 2025 at the Walther-Meissner-Institute as part of his PhD at the Technical University of Munich, focusing on quantum computing and nanofabrication. He speaks about the industrialization of quantum computing, QPU architectures, nanofabrication, "quality over quantity" in quantum computing, and Europe's role in the global technology race.
Dr. Thomas Luschmann is Co-Founder and COO of Peak Quantum. Holding a PhD in Physics with research experience at the Walther-Meissner-Institute and TU Munich, he combines scientific depth with entrepreneurial experience. He oversees operations, resources and infrastructure, builds partnerships for business development, and drives fundraising initiatives. He speaks regularly on European technological sovereignty and deep-tech industrialisation.
Alexander Schult is Co-Founder and CFO of Peak Quantum. His professional background spans finance, management consulting, and entrepreneurship. After studying banking and finance, he completed an MBA at London Business School. At Boston Consulting Group, he worked as a Project Leader in Corporate Finance & Strategy. He subsequently founded and led several companies. At Peak Quantum, he is responsible for Finance, Administration, HR, Legal, and Investor Relations. He speaks on scaling deep-tech startups, finance and fundraising for technology companies, and European technological sovereignty.
